Initial Assessment

Before you start your journey with one of our trainers it is necessary to do an Initial Assessment! Your Personal Trainer needs to get to know you to design an individual Fitness Program and for an appropriate service. It is important to know about your health so any potential dangers or risks can be avoided.

One on One
Just you and your Personal Trainer !!!!
Our 1 on 1 sessions focus purely on you and your goals, tailoring a specific program aimed targeting your desired physique.

Your Personal Trainer will go through a warm up with you first. It could be a dynamic stretch combined with light exercises , depends on individual.
After a proper warm up your heart rate increases and your blood begins to flow faster trough your body to prepare your muscles for your workout.
Now you are ready for your individual designed workout. Your Personal Trainer will demonstrate each exercise so you know how to perform them right. Throughout the workout your trainer will correct your performance and show you the exercises and technique.
After a hard and sweaty workout it's time for stretching. Stretching is very important for muscles recovery it helps decrease aches, soreness and pain. Besides it increases your blood flow and circulation for a healthier body and sends oxygen to your brain for a clearer mind and sunnier moods.
Your Personal Trainer will assist you with your individual post- workout stretching exercises like:

1. passive (or relaxed) stretching
2. static stretching
3. isometric stretching
4. PNF stretching or/and make use of / apply partner stretch



Buddy Up - Train with a buddy
You, your Friend/Partner and your Trainer !!!
Some of the best partnerships in history have been based on mateship.
If you find it boring to train by yourself or need your friend's/partner's motivation or you have specific goal together like wedding for example, then you should pick train with buddy session!
Make it fun and enjoy your buddy's company!
This session's procedure works similar to one on one session. Your trainer will try to do his/her best to achieve both of yours goals and give you appropriate exercises suitable for each of you.
Besides your trainer will notice your strengths and weaknesses and help you both to improve and push you as far as he/she can go.
Training with buddy is fun, motivating and you can turn into healthy competition.



Small Groups

You, your friends/family/training partners and your Trainer!
Would you like to train with 2-4 people in the Small Group, then you should pick Small Groups session!
Do you have a girl clique, many relatives or friends including yourself might like to achieve your goals together.
It could be a marathon run (city to surf ), wedding, birthday party, competition or any specific goal.
Well a Small Group session is perfect for you then. The structure of the session could be similar to one on one session or it could be like a mini bootcamp!
Let's have fun and enjoy fitness together in a team and maybe strengthen your relationship or friendship at the same time!
If you don't have a small group but wish to train in one, no worries we will try to find you one!

Bootcamps
You, 4-12 people and your Trainer!
If you like to train in big group, meet other people or find friends then you should pick Bootcamp session!
At the moment we are offering:
1. Hollywood Shape -1 hour
2. Cellulite Blust -30 minutes
3. Hard Core -30 minutes
